hi, my name is shania, the owner of brŪ coffee roastery. i'm a young entrepreneur skilled in roasting the coffee beans used for the smooth and consistent cup of brŪ you look forward to every day. my love for serving the community with a solid tasting beverage like coffee sparked early on and soon roasting coffee also became an interest. not only did I roast coffee, I also began rebuilding an old rusted out horse trailer into a mobile coffee trailer. now such a dream has become reality and i'm now open for booking to rent for weddings, popping up at markets around the valley and creating a weekly schedule to follow throughout the summer of 2026 . thanks for all the incredible support:)
